American Wagyu Tri-Tip Roast
If you are not from California, you may never heard of the Tri-tip Roast. This triangle shaped roast is an excellent cut for warm summer nights in the yard grilling. Season the roast to your liking, maybe stuff with a few sliced cloves of garlic, marinade in your favorite mix and grill to a beautiful Medium rare... Or your desired done-ness. This cut is also great for roasting, smoking, baking, or cooking in a Dutch oven. After cooking, the meat is normally sliced across the grain before serving.
